THE RIGHT TO BE – Embodiment and connection with our roots by meeting the energy of our Ancestors.
When we work with Ancestral energy we create a sacred space that invites the space-time from the past to be present in the now. We work with the subtle energy of our ancestors that we carry in our body-mind-emotional field. Therefore, grounding in the present moment and connecting our resources is fundamental for creating the vessel for the work.
Meeting our Ancestors and healing our connection with our roots open the doors for deeper embodiment in our right to be in life.
Working in the online format, where people from different places and origins come together, in order to feel and support each other, gives us the opportunity to experience the interconnectedness of all life beyond time and space.
Meeting online is an interesting challenge that has been opening more in these times when we cannot travel and meet personally as a group. Our experience so far has been very rewarding and we are thrilled about the possibility of working with a deeper embodiment, and the right to be alive and thriving in this new way.

In the workshop we work with:
Guidance, exploration of our Genogram, Body Practices, Systemic Rituals, Dance and Voice expression, Meditation, Prayer, and Sharing to create a direct and deep workshop experience.
We will move through different layers of our ancestral field, focusing on meeting the resourcing, supportive and healthy elements present in our ancestors. We reconnect with the strength and wisdom that has been present in the past as a way to open spaces for healing traumatic and incomplete places – in the ancestral field and in current life situations.
Everyone can bring in life questions and actual issues regarding family, work, health, relationships, sexuality, etc. which can be brought into more clarity through the reorganization of the systemic field. You will have time and space to reflect on how you have been influenced and shaped by your family of origin, culture, and larger universal systems – in order to open the way towards your future.
This work is supported by understandings of developmental theory and Trauma Healing (Somatic Experiencing) offering participants a grounded sense of safety that helps to create a field that supports understanding, healing, and restoration of the fundamental right to be – the feeling that we are in the right place, with the right people and are able to move forward in life.
