I am a group leader and trainer, a Somatic Experiencing and Craniosacral Biodynamic therapist, and an explorer of the power of the singing voice and sound vibrations.
I am born in Brazil, lived many years in India and currently in Europe. I have been traveling to different parts of the world offering workshops and long trainings. The last thirty years of my life has fully dedicated to the path of love and consciousness.
I have been creating and leading workshops and trainings since twenty two years in different countries and cultures around the world.
I combine and apply the principles of different modalities in various group dynamics. My work is based on body awareness, transpersonal psychology and voice exploration, in combination with Taoist, Sufi, Tantric and Shamanic practices.
Currently I offer the workshop for women, The Divine Feminine and a nine months training in four modules, the Awakened Feminine Training, and the two years professional training in Open Voice.
I also lead the workshop Healing the Inner Child that works the area of early attachment and child’s development; Opening Your Voice, exploring the power of the singing voice and sound vibration, and Die Before You Die, which is a deep immersion in the experience of conscious dying and the flowing movement between deeper embodiment and higher transcendence.
Together with Gregor Steinmaurer I developed the seven modules chakra training, the Training for Life, the workshop Sexuality, Love and Relationship and the retreat for couples Loving Relationship, exploring themes on masculine-feminine polarity, loving relationships and conscious sexuality.
I also offer, together with Gregor, The Right to Be, involving the magical work of Systemic Ritual®, which is my current big passion and feels like a natural remembrance of the ways of my soul.

The journey started very early, with a heart aching to find truth and understand about life and love. This longing brought me to India and to the spiritual master Osho.
Living at the Osho meditation resort has been a great opportunity to learn about myself, about life and to go deep into the teachings on awareness and meditation. For many years I’ve been part of the ‘School for Centering and Zen Martial Arts’, where I start learning therapeutic skills and group leading. In that school I also found the fierce monk in me who loves to go inside and contemplate.
The deeper I went inside myself more interested I became in the mysteries of life, the wisdom of the body and the energy that is in constant movement inside, around and beyond my body.
The path of awareness takes me to the path of love, when I received the transmission for the Sufi work “Die Before You Die”, a group process that carries the essence of these two paths. Contemplating death through the Sufi path has been my greatest teacher about life, love and meditation.
Training in Primal Therapy, Tantra and Hara Awareness Massage ® brought me in contact with my emotions, my body and the strength of my feminine nature, and I learned to communicate with someone’s body and being through touch, feelings and presence.
Still in India I dived deep into self-inquiry methods, through which I had a life transforming direct experience of myself – and everything in existence – as manifestation of divine consciousness.
It became clear the polarized ways life manifests – how everything in the universe is a dance between male and female, positive and negative, being alone and being together, darkness and light, life and death – all how these experiences are being held by a vast and ever loving space that includes and transcends everything.
This exploration fascinated me, for being such a juicy theme and so close to the reality of everyone in everyday life.
From here the work with conscious sexuality start forming, by investigating life issues as ways to come in touch with our innermost being.
Out of theses experiences and by meeting Gregor Steinmaurer, the work with Sexuality and Conscious Relating naturally developed, along with the Men and Women’s work.
Together we also dived deeply into the chakra system and created the seven-modules process “Training for Life”, an in-depth exploration of the different levels of human consciousness.
After a 7 years marriage and 15 years of a very creative and inspiring relationship, where we have been supporting and inspiring each other to grow personally and professionally, Gregor and I decided to go apart from our intimate sexual relationship. We remain best friends and continue to share part of our work together, in deep gratitude and respect for each other.
Training and practicing Somatic Experiencing ® and Craniosacral Biodynamic ® brought scientific grounding to my experiences of deep connection between material and spiritual energy, between the more dense and subtle frequencies.
A cycle come around with the integration of my early passion for singing with the therapeutic and meditative skills from the work with Voicing ®, a method that uses the singing voice to explore different frequencies and dimensions of human consciousness through the seven chakras.
I have been studying with Thomas Hübl for the last 9 years, and entering the powerful and much-needed work of collective trauma and collective healing. This is a cutting edge exploration that brings mysticism, the dark and light sides of culture, and the movement of conscious evolution in very intimate connection.
The last 7 years I start discovering a strong passion and natural connection with the shamanic work, through Systemic Ritual®, a method created by Daan Van Kampenhout, which includes and goes beyond Systemic Constellation work and Shamanism. And, Currently, the calling of my soul is taking me in a deep dive into Core Shamanism with Arvick Baghramian.
My own inner process and the learning of different techniques brought me to the understanding that all the methods bring me to myself, when the longing is deep and the search is sincere. This passion I have been sharing through the work in groups around the world, and those meetings have been my most precious teachings.
